SUMMARY:Florence Valentin
LOCATION:Debaser Strand\, Hornstulls strand 4\, 11739 Stockholm
DESCRIPTION:In the early 2000s\, Stockholm band Florence Valentin turned
the Swedish indie scene upside down. Their debut single ”Allt dom bygge
r upp ska vi meja ner” caused quite a stir in the press\, and when thei
r debut EP of the same name was released shortly afterwards\, it was clea
r that they had earned a place in Swedish music history.\n\nWith the full
-length albums “Jonny Drama” (2004)\, “Pokerkväll i Vårby Gård
” (2007) and the final release ”Spring Ricco” (2009)\, the band tou
red extensively across the country during their most active years. The ba
nd reunited in 2018\, and 2020 saw the release of their long-awaited firs
t album in eleven years – ”Det var en gång”.\n\nToday\, the band h
ave cult status as one of the few acts to combine lyrics driven by a razo
 r-sharp social conscience with catchy\, brass-fuelled pop-punk and social
ly engaged\, cinematic storytelling about the darker sides of society.\n\
nIn autumn 2026\, the band return with new music and set off on a long-aw
 aited Swedish tour\, stopping at Debaser on 27 November.\n\nAges 20+ (18+
