  22 November.\n\nKimchi is a traditional Korean dish that comes in many d
 ifferent varieties.\n\nTogether with Soon Bok Lee and Yeo Kim\, who run S
 eol Kimchi\, we will taste kimchi with different flavours depending on th
 e fermentation time. During the day\, we will learn the basics of making 
 kimchi with thorough step-by-step guidance. The course leaders will also 
 talk about Kimchi Day in Korea and the history of the dish.\n\nPlease bri
 ng: an apron\, a 2-litre airtight container/jar\, paper and a pen.\n\nAt 
 the end of the day\, all course participants will take home kimchi they h
 ave made themselves.
