DESCRIPTION:The Kokomo Kings have earned a reputation for playing an unco
 mpromising witches’ brew of assorted roots music\, deeply rooted in old
 \, rough-and-ready blues. They have been described as “more rock’n’
 roll than rock’n’roll” and “energy level 11”. The Kokomo Kings 
 have played at clubs and festivals in Sweden\, Norway\, Finland\, Denmark
 \, Germany\, Czechia\, Austria\, Switzerland\, Spain\, France\, the Nethe
 rlands\, Belgium\, Estonia and the UK.\n\nIn 2013\, they released their d
 ebut album “Artificial Natural”\, and the band quickly gained a reput
 ation in blues and rock circles. In 2017\, their second album “Too Good
  to Stay Away From” was released on the German record label Rhythm Bomb
  Records. The German magazine Blues News named it album of the month\, an
 d the American publication The Blues Junction named it the fifth-best alb
 um of the year. In 2018\, they were nominated for best rockabilly band at
  the Ameripolitan Awards in Memphis\, and later that year they won the 
 “Band of the Year” award from England’s The Blues Lounge Radio Show
 .\n\nIn 2021\, The Kokomo Kings’ fourth album "A Drive-By Love Affair" 
 was released\, and in 2022 they won The Blues Lounge Radio Show Awards fo
