SUMMARY:Niklas Strömstedt – Tyck OM mig
LOCATION:China Teatern\, Berzelii park 9\, 111 47 Stockholm
DESCRIPTION:TYCK OM MIG – songs\, truths and gossip!\n\nI’ve always f
ound it both fun and challenging to do something more than just a straigh
tforward concert when I get the chance to perform for an audience.\n\nOve
 r the years\, I’ve wrestled with temperamental slide projectors\, had h
eated exchanges with myself in the form of a life-size cardboard cut-out\
, ridden in a triumphal chariot wearing gladiator armour\, and even toure
d with an actual therapist who gave me therapy on stage between songs.\n\
nPublished in 2023\, the book “OM Niklas Strömstedt” is an autobiogr
aphical journey through both my private life and my more public career\,
and while working on it\, the idea emerged of also making it the basis of
a stage show.\n\nWhich songs made the hairs on my arms stand on end?\n\n
What did Evert Taube say when he called?\n\nHow do you break out of that
 paralysing\, destructive silence\, and when there’s suddenly a turkey h
anging under your chin – what the hell do you do then?\n\nAnd love –
can you make sense of it?\n\nThat’s where we are when the curtain goes
up.\n\nTYCK om mig or Tyck OM mig!\n\nWelcome to more than just a concert
