 holms Barockensemble and Vokalensemblen VoNo offer a musical journey thro
 ugh the long 20th century – from the classical music tradition to songs
 \, schlager and popular music.\n\nRiddarhuset has been an important venue
  for music since 1731\, when Johan Helmich Roman arranged a performance o
 f Händel’s Passion music in Stora Riddarhussalen. Now this historic co
 ncert venue encounters the music and cultural figures of the 20th century
 .\n\nNew arrangements weave early music together with familiar Swedish me
 lodies and popular music. The boundaries between art music and popular mu
