SUMMARY:Arkipelag
LOCATION:Bio Skandia\, Drottninggatan 82\, 111 36 Stockholm
DESCRIPTION:Charged drama meets dark humour as Alex Schulman makes his di
rectorial debut with Arkipelag\, in which Gustaf Skarsgård\, Fares Fares
and Linus Wahlgren play three fathers who accompany their daughters on a
school trip from hell. Stranded with an unruly secondary school class on
an idyllic island in the archipelago\, they are reminded of their own te
enage traumas. Like the youngsters\, they too are soon forced to realise
how difficult it is to draw the line between play and a dangerous power s
truggle\, and to distinguish victims from perpetrators. Arkipelag is Swed
en’s Oscar submission this year.\n\nDirector: Alex Schulman\n\nCast: Gu
