SUMMARY:Romanceforum Stockholm
LOCATION:ABF-huset\, Sveavägen 41\, Sveavägen 41\, 11183 Stockholm
DESCRIPTION:On 22 May 2027\, ABF-huset will be filled with a love of book
s as Romanceforum Stockholm takes place for the first time. For one day\,
readers\, authors\, publishers and book enthusiasts will come together f
or conversation\, inspiration and a sense of community centred on one of
the world's best-loved literary genres.\n\nRomance is read by millions of
people worldwide and has a large and loyal readership in Sweden too. Yet
the genre has lacked a stage of its own. Sällskapet Romance & Rosé and
ABF Stockholm want to change that.\n\nA day for everyone who loves roman
ce\n\nRomanceforum Stockholm is the festival we have been longing for our
selves. A place where readers can meet authors\, discover new favourites
and share the joy of reading with others who also find a really good love
story hard to resist.\n\nThe day features four author talks\, bringing s
ome of the genre's most exciting voices together on stage. Alongside mode
rators\, they will discuss romance in all its forms\, from romantasy and
book trends to why love stories continue to fascinate generation after ge
neration.\n\nThe day opens with Simona Ahrnstedt\, the pioneer who put Sw
edish romance on the map. Between sessions\, there will be plenty of time
to buy books\, have them signed\, enjoy a cup of coffee and talk about y
our reading experiences with both authors and other visitors. The festiva
l ends with mingling and bubbly.\n\nMore information: www.romanceforum.se
