 been more ways to reach an audience than there are today. For a new gener
 ation of artists\, the way forward no longer has to lead through the offi
 ces of major record labels. It might just as easily begin on TikTok\, in 
 a merch warehouse or in front of an audience that already knows every lyr
 ic. LKN is an excellent example. Elliot Persson from Heby has built his o
 wn audience from scratch with a distinctly DIY attitude\, yet it is hard 
 to imagine they would not have found him sooner or later. His soulful\, p
 layful pop brings together instantly catchy choruses\, summery grooves an
 d perceptive lyrics that find poetry in everyday life\, exploring love\, 
 doubt and life in the here and now. It is music with a distinctive\, imme
 diately recognisable voice\, and in 2025 his songwriting and production e
 arned him the Rookie Songwriter/Producer prize at the Denniz Pop Awards.\
 n\nThe same year saw the release of his self-produced second album\, “J
 UST NU ÄR ALLTING TILLRÄCKLIGT BRA”\, where hip-hop and neo-soul infl
 uences met nostalgia\, young love and the search for the ability to truly
  live in the moment. There has been little sign of slowing down in 2026.
