SUMMARY:Canasta med Hin Håle 1 1/2
LOCATION:Teater Brunnsgatan Fyra\, Brunnsgatan 4\, 11138 Stockholm
DESCRIPTION:The ramshackle old house that was once Hotell Lymfnoden has b
een seized by the Swedish Enforcement Authority\, which has failed to sel
l it. It is now inhabited by the objectum-sexual Einar\, who was once a g
uest at the hotel\, and his girlfriend\, the water tank Monika.\n\nEven t
he enforcement inspector Leif\, who has a dark past and a keen interest i
n racket sports\, finds it hard to tear himself away from the house. Trut
h be told\, he lives there most of the time.\n\nThe local authority has h
ired the psychiatrist Rainer and peer supporter Bubba to try to bring som
e order to the psychosocial environment. In the middle of it all crawls G
eggy\, some kind of cross between a woman and a swamp creature\, disturbi
ng the peace of mind of everyone she meets. Is she a mirage? And who are
the conjoined quintuplets who break into the story from time to time?\n\n
Canasta med Hin Håle 1 1/2 is the standalone continuation of part 1\, wh
ich was a huge success with us in 2023. The Canasta med Hin Håle project
is about pushing the boundaries of theatre\, acting and existence itself
. It is grotesque\, funny and horrifying\, as if Lustiga Huset were haunt
 ed by demons.
