SUMMARY:Canasta med Hin Håle 1 1/2
LOCATION:Teater Brunnsgatan Fyra\, Brunnsgatan 4\, 11138 Stockholm
DESCRIPTION:The dilapidated old house that was once Hotell Lymfnoden has
been seized by the Swedish Enforcement Authority\, which has failed to se
ll it. It is now inhabited by the objectum-sexual Einar\, who was once a
guest at the hotel\, and his girlfriend\, the water tank Monika.\n\nThe e
nforcement officer Leif\, who has a dark past and a keen interest in rack
et sports\, also finds it hard to tear himself away from the house. Truth
be told\, he lives there most of the time.\n\nThe local authority has hi
red the psychiatrist Rainer and the peer-support worker Bubba to try to b
ring order to the psychosocial environment. In the middle of it all crawl
s Geggy\, some kind of cross between a woman and a swamp creature\, distu
rbing the peace of mind of everyone she meets. Is she a mirage? And who a
re the Siamese quintuplets who break into the story from time to time?\n\
nCanasta med Hin Håle 1 1/2 is a standalone continuation of part 1\, whi
ch was a great success with us in 2023. The Canasta med Hin Håle project
is about pushing the boundaries of theatre\, acting and existence itself
. It is grotesque\, funny and terrifying\, as if Lustiga Huset were haunt
 ed by demons.
