SUMMARY:Canasta med Hin Håle 1 1/2
LOCATION:Teater Brunnsgatan Fyra\, Brunnsgatan 4\, 11138 Stockholm
DESCRIPTION:The dilapidated old house that was once Hotell Lymfnoden has
been seized by the Swedish Enforcement Authority\, which has failed to se
ll it. It is now inhabited by the objectum-sexual Einar\, who was once a
guest at the hotel\, and his girlfriend\, the water tank Monika.\n\nLeif\
, the enforcement inspector\, who has a dark past and a keen interest in
racket sports\, also finds it hard to tear himself away from the house. T
he truth is\, he lives there most of the time.\n\nThe municipality has hi
red the psychiatrist Rainer and the peer supporter Bubba to try to bring
order to the psychosocial environment. In the midst of it all\, Geggy cra
wls about\, some kind of cross between a woman and a swamp creature\, dis
turbing the peace of mind of everyone she meets. Is she a mirage? And who
are the Siamese quintuplets who break into the story from time to time?\
n\nCanasta med Hin Håle 1 1/2 is the standalone continuation of Part 1\,
which was a great success with us in 2023. The Canasta med Hin Håle pro
ject is about pushing the boundaries of theatre\, acting and existence it
self. It is grotesque\, funny and terrifying\, as if Lustiga Huset were h
 aunted by demons.
