SUMMARY:Razorlight
LOCATION:Kägelbanan Södra Teatern\, Mosebacke Torg 1\, 116 46 Stockholm
DESCRIPTION:RAZORLIGHT\n\nThe concert is organised by FKP Scorpio\n\nAge
 restriction: 18+ ––––––––––––\n\nThe mid-2000s. T
he London scene is still feeling the aftershocks of the garage rock reviv
al\, the edge of post-punk and that particular feeling of nights turning
into mornings\, guitars that sounded in too much of a hurry and choruses
that stuck instantly. And right in the eye of the storm are Razorlight.\n
\nLed by Johnny Borrell\, guitarist Björn Ågren and bassist Carl Dalemo
\, both from Lidköping\, suddenly become much-hyped stars. With songs su
ch as “Golden Touch”\, “Somewhere Else”\, “In the Morning”\,
“Before I Fall to Pieces” and\, not least\, “America”\, Razorligh
t became one of the bands that defined an entire era. Their self-titled a
lbum from 2006 went straight to number one on the UK Albums Chart\, went
five times platinum and gave the band a UK number-one single. Twenty year
s later\, the record takes centre stage on an anniversary tour\, with Raz
orlight’s classic line-up performing the album in full.\n\nFollowing th
e acclaimed reunion\, in which the band found their way back both to the
stage and to one another\, it is time for Razorlight to play their first
Swedish gig since Peace & Love 2009.\n\nAge restriction: 18+\n\nStanding
concert\n\nYou can find more information ahead of your visit on the relev
ant event page at www.sodrateatern.com/pa-scen.\n\nA few days before the
concert\, we will also email a welcome letter to all ticket buyers.
