SUMMARY:Diktatorn
LOCATION:Årsta Folkets Hus Teater\, Årsta Torg 5\, 12054 Årsta
DESCRIPTION:Who should be afraid of the dictator? Everyone. Who should co
mfort the dictator? Everyone. Who should praise the dictator? Everyone.\n
\nThe dictator has other people do most things for him: he is fed\, his t
eeth are brushed and stories are read to him – but he only wants to hea
r the one about himself and how wonderful he is. He has a private chauffe
ur who drives him to MINIsteriet (in a little tank)\, where the staff tak
e care of his outdoor clothes and he practises writing his name\, because
dictators need to know how to do that. When he orders himself to sleep\,
he must obey\, but things go less well when he tries to order a girl cal
led Sirkka to be his friend. So if you are a very small dictator\, things
can get lonely in the end.\n\nDiktatorn is a wonderful\, humorous portra
yal of a little tyrant\, or in other words – a child. Based on a book b
y Ulf Stark and Linda Bondestam.\n\nAge: 3–8 years\n\nRunning time: app
rox. 40 min\n\n“The children roar with laughter....– a funny\, colour
ful stage story with toe-tapping music about personal integrity\, coexist
ence\, tolerance and thinking for yourself.” – Maina Arvas\, DN\n\nCa
st: Gustav Lundkvist & Jakob Stefansson\n\nDirection & adaptation: Roger
Westberg\n\nSet design: Mats Nilsson\n\nMusic & lyrics: Jörgen Aggeklint
