LOCATION:Playhouse Teater\, Drottninggatan 71A\, 11137 Stockholm
DESCRIPTION:AORA Vocal Music presents\n\nEtt Decennium – 10 år med AOR
A\n\nAn external guest production at Playhouse Teater\n\nIn January 2016\
, four eager young people met in Uppsala\, hoping to make their mark on t
he vocal music world. 10 years later\, AORA has charmed Sweden’s a capp
ella scene\, toured far beyond the country’s borders\, won several inte
rnational awards and moved listeners with heartfelt singing and expressiv
e arrangements.\n\nAs AORA celebrates a decade\, the audience is invited
on an anniversary journey at Playhouse Teater in Stockholm. The concert f
ollows the group from their first tentative rehearsals over coffee on the
sofa to powerful performances on major European stages. A journey marked
by both highs and lows\, the experience of growing up together and\, of
course\, plenty of first-class a cappella.\n\nAORA delves into the archiv
es for old favourites\, mixing them with more recent music from the group
’s catalogue. Some of the group’s former members also join the concer
t for magical reunions. It will be an anniversary celebration worthy of t
he name and the start of a new chapter in AORA’s history!\n\nThe concer
