SUMMARY:Master Boot Record + Fulci + Arottenbit
LOCATION:Kollektivet Livet\, Stadsgårdsterminalen\, 116 45 Stockholm
DESCRIPTION:The concert is organised by FKP Scorpio & Kollektivet Livet.\
n\nTwo of extreme music’s most distinctive acts come together this autu
mn as Master Boot Record and Fulci embark on a joint co-headline tour wit
h support from Arottenbit.\n\nBehind Master Boot Record is Italian produc
er Victor Love (Vittorio D’amore)\, who since 2016 has built a unique p
roject where heavy metal meets synth-based electronics inspired by comput
er culture and retrofuturistic themes. With albums such as “Floppy Disk
Overdrive”\, “Personal Computer” and “Hardwarez”\, the project
has become one of the most talked-about names on the growing cyber-metal
scene.\n\nFulci represent a very different – but equally uncompromisin
g – side of the modern metal scene. The Italian death metal band take t
heir name from cult director Lucio Fulci and build their aesthetic around
classic splatter films. With brutal riffs\, cinematic atmospheres and a
clear love of the horror genre\, Fulci have created a universe of their o
wn where every album feels like the soundtrack to a blood-soaked cult fil
 m.\n\nWhen Master Boot Record’s futuristic cyber-metal meets Fulci’s
brutal\, horror-influenced death metal\, the result is an evening where t
wo different worlds collide\, bound together by maximum heaviness\, dark
aesthetics and uncompromising creativity. Together with support act Arott
enbit\, they offer a concert experience that moves from digital dystopia
 to pure horror metal.
