Reebok and Les Mills are hooking up to bring you the world’s biggest fitness parties in 2016. LES MILLS LIVE is a tour that will get thousands of people moving at events around the world.

The time has come to unleash LES MILLS LIVE in Stockholm on September 3:rd. LEARNING LOUNGE
Come listen and learn from some of the very best in the business. There will be lectures to help you grow on your journey, as an instructor or if are not yet an instructor, come learn how you can become one.

Have a question for your favorite trainer? Or want to get some individual feeback? From 08:00 to 09:30 and from 14:00-16:30 our trainers and assessors will be available to answer your questions. And to maximize this opportunity - record yourself teaching a track and bring it for a 5 min feedback session.

AIM-EDUCATION
AIM - Advanced Instructor Modules are focusing on developing you and your skills as a Les Mills instructor. You will improve your coaching technique, connection to your class, as well as explore and overcome your own boundaries as an instructor.

LES MILLS LIVE AND AIM WEEKEND
Combine your LES MILLS LIVE event with an AIM-education. During Friday and Sunday we will run AIM 1 in multiple programs.

You can choose to attend AIM 1 for 125€ (regular price 375€) or purchase the full package AIM 1 + 2 for 375€ (Regular price 500€). You are then able to attend day 2 and 3 of any AIM module throughout 2017.

Get the latest Reebok Les Mills fitness gear! The store will carry all the best products customized to fit the needs for your favourite Les Mills workouts. The store is open Friday 12:00 to 20:00 and of course all day Saturday, starting 07:30!

WHERE DOES LES MILLS LIVE STHLM 2016 TAKE PLACE?
- The main event takes place at Ericsson Globe, 121 77 Stockholm on Saturday September 3:rd

WHO CAN ATTEND?
- Everyone from the age of 16 are welcome to sign up.

WHAT DOES MY LES MILLS LIVE TICKET INCLUDE?
- The generic ticket (Saturday) will provide you access to all the classes you have booked and have the energy to attend also lecturers at the Learners Lounge. Lunch is included in the price as well as some pretty awesome giveaways. AIM-educations are booked separately.

WHAT IS THE LEARNING LOUNGE?
- This year you will have the opportunity to attend the Learning Lounge, where we will have inspiring and educational lectures throughout the day.

CAN I BUY A TICKET ON THE DAY?
- No, only pre-purchase is available for the event.

I´VE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I GET A REFUND?
- All bookings and purchases are final.

HOW DO I GET TO THE EVENT?
- Go to www.sl.se for travel details – Metro stop Globen or Gullmarsplan.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
- At least 30 minutes before the schedule class start time. If you have any registration enquiries please arrive at least 60 minutes before class start time. To avoid standing in line you can pick up your ticket on Friday the 2nd from 12:00 to 20:00.

CAN I REGISTER BEFORE SATURDAY?
- Yes, registrations opens on Friday 12:00.

I CAN´T REMEMBER WHAT I HAVE BOOKED ON TO?
- Please check your confirmation e-mail as this will list the classes you've booked.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
- We will supply you with all the equipment you need. Feel free to bring a mat if you are attending BODYBALANCE®/CXWORX®. Bring plenty of snacks and water, a towel and change of clothing might also be advisable.

CAN I BUY FOOD AT THE EVENT?
- Lunch is included in the ticket price and there will be a cafeteria inside the venue. There are also shops and restaurants in the area.

CAN I BRING MY BAGS IN?
- Large bags/suitcases are not allowed into the event, there are cloak rooms located close to the event entrance where you can drop off your bags.

ARE THERE SHOWERS AND CHANGING ROOMS AT THE EVENT?
- There will be limited access to showers and changing rooms at the event.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN, FRIENDS AND/OR FAMILY?
- LES MILLS LIVE is an event for adults (16 years and older). Only ticket holders are allowed to come to the event.
