In just two years, All Inclusive has grown from an idea into Sweden’s biggest evening dedicated to inclusion.

During that same time, Aaron Kroon has become the country’s best-known voice for inclusive leadership.

That is no coincidence.

From the outset, All Inclusive has been about more than an evening at the theatre.

It has been about making the evening’s name a reality: enabling more people to be part of it.

Making some of the country’s leading voices and inclusive conversations accessible to more people.

And showing that questions of leadership, courage and compassion concern us all.

This year, we want to create an oasis of hope in the midst of the winter darkness.
