weed420 are an experimental sound collage collective from Valencia, Venezuela, exploring memory, politics and the experience of being uprooted.

They blend noise, lo-fi and maximalist vaporwave, combining dark cloud rap and ambient textures with 2000s perreo and salsa.

Through guitars, synths and processed vocals, they connect chopped ’n’ screwed trap with deeply rooted Latin American influences, creating hyper-emotional, atmospheric reinterpretations of club music filled with carefree joy.

Their conceptual depth reaches its peak in Amor de Encava, an album inspired by customised Venezuelan city buses.

Weaving together reggaetón, salsa baúl and pop memories, the album maps out everyday life and systemic catastrophe in sound.

Live, weed420 use this radical collage approach, throwing themselves between overwhelming percussion and hypnotic abstraction.

Amid political turbulence, their immersive performances turn rhythm into a vital space for resistance and memory.
