Första blatten på månen

This screening is organised by an external organiser. Dogge Doggelito was the voice of an entire generation. As the frontman of The Latin Kings, he kicked open the doors for Swedish hip-hop and changed Sweden's music scene forever.

He quickly became one of the country's most loved, talked-about and uncompromising cultural figures.

But behind the iconic façade lies another reality. After losing his wife to cancer, Dogge stepped out of the spotlight to raise his daughter alone. Today, he chases gigs, watches every krona and fights to stay in the public eye in a Sweden that already seems to have moved on.

Filmed over 12 years, Första Blatten på Månen is a warm, raw and deeply human portrait of a man who once carried the dreams of an entire generation – and who is still celebrated, mocked and utterly impossible to ignore.
