Invasiv afton
What happens when a flower becomes a public enemy? When a crayfish causes conflict? And why do certain plants and animals stir stronger feelings than many political issues?
Welcome to an evening salon where research meets the performing arts. Through conversations, short talks, readings, songs and theatrical pieces, researchers, writers and performing artists share their thoughts, new findings and creative work on the subject.
Taking invasive alien species as our starting point, we explore questions of feeling at home, belonging, change and humanity’s relationship with the landscape. Here, lupins, signal crayfish and cultural heritage come together in a conversation about nature and ourselves.
