Digger

From Oscar-winning director Alejandro G. Iñárritu, the filmmaker behind Birdman and The Revenant, comes Digger, a dark satirical comedy starring Tom Cruise in the title role.

Cruise plays Digger Rockwell, an eccentric oil billionaire and one of the world’s most powerful men. When a catastrophe he has caused threatens to have devastating consequences, he embarks on a frantic mission to convince the world that he is not the problem, but humanity’s saviour.

Iñárritu returns with a dark and absurd tale of power, ego and a man desperately trying to save the world from the consequences of his own actions. Alongside Tom Cruise, the cast features Riz Ahmed, John Goodman, Sandra Hüller, Michael Stuhlbarg and Jesse Plemons.
