A concert with the string quartet Lindgaard Quartet, alongside an on-stage conversation with Malin Hülphers and Lotta Nöjd about flavours, sensory perception, timbre, structure and what music and flavours might have in common. Welcome to a mind-opening concert with audience participation.

The ticket price includes a tasting plate specially designed for the day.

About Lindgaard Quartet:

Lindgaard Quartet was formed in 2023 and consists of violinists and cousins Jonas and Ola Lindgård, violist Malin Bratt and cellist Eva Maria Thür. Drawing on their extensive experience as soloists, chamber musicians and orchestral musicians, the quartet tackles both the traditional quartet repertoire and innovative, experimental works, always aiming to make the music vibrant, engaging and relevant.

Jonas lindgård and Malin Hülphers have previously worked together on concerts with audience participation. The concept is now being tried in a new setting at Hjorthagens Kulturhus

Lotta Nöjd runs Kulturkaféet at Hjorthagens Kulturhus. Those of you who have been there will know that she knows a thing or two about cooking and baking. She also has a background in sensory analysis, making her an ideal conversation partner on the subject of taste.
