Hellripper + Necrofier

Hellripper + Necrofier are coming to Kollektivet Livet on 23 September On 23 September, we welcome one of the most uncompromising forces on the modern black/speed metal scene as Hellripper arrive as part of their European tour “More Goatkraft. More Granite. Europe 2026”.

Behind the project is James McBain, who has built a sound from the Scottish Highlands where raw 80s black metal meets rock’n’roll energy at full gallop. The result is fast, loud and, quite simply, world-class!

Since forming in 2015, Hellripper have gone from underground favourites to a name that packs out clubs and festivals across Europe. Albums such as Coagulating Darkness and Warlocks Grim & Withered Hags have cemented the band’s position, with roots in Scottish folklore, witchcraft and historical tales that permeate both their music and their aesthetic. With new material on the way in 2026, this is a perfect opportunity to experience the band in their element – live, sweaty and merciless.

Joining them are Necrofier, who since 2018 have been crafting their own darkness by blending Norwegian 90s black metal with a raw, intense energy from Texas. Their music moves between chaos and icy melancholy, with aggressive outbursts meeting atmospheres that feel almost unreal. With their latest album Transcend Into Oblivion, they take a clear step forward and show why they are a name to be reckoned with.
