brakence

brakence is an American singer-songwriter and producer from Columbus, Ohio, who has established himself as one of the most compelling voices on the modern alternative music scene with his genre-crossing blend of alternative pop, emo and electronic music.

He made his major breakthrough with the album punk2 (2020) and cemented his position with the acclaimed hypochondriac (2022), where personal lyrics meet intense, detailed production and unexpected musical twists. In October, he returned with marroW, his first full-length album in four years, released via Columbia Records.
