Debaser Nova, Stockholm
Black Sea Dahu + Tal Arditi
The concert is organised by FKP Scorpio Listening to Black Sea Dahu is like standing barefoot in a thunderstorm – completely exposed, yet utterly alive.
The Swiss band, led by singer and songwriter Janine Cathrein, have created a musical universe of their own, with vulnerability and emotional honesty at its heart. Black Sea Dahu’s music moves freely between indie folk, chamber pop and art rock, beyond clear genre boundaries and straight into the heart.
Black Sea Dahu now return with the album “Everything”, which sees them deepen their expression further. The new songs have grown out of personal grief and a changing world, yet also carry hope, resilience and clarity. This is music that does not try to impress. Instead, it seeks to connect, sustain and survive.
Black Sea Dahu have made a name for themselves as one of Europe’s most moving live acts. Their concerts have sold out across Europe, transforming venues into safe spaces defined by togetherness and catharsis.
On 2 October, Black Sea Dahu come to Debaser Nova in Stockholm for a show that really should not be missed by fans of Phoebe Bridgers, Big Thief, Agnes Obel and similar favourites.
