Kris, kaos & katastrof

Monday morning in a classroom somewhere. Five pupils and a teacher gather for a Swedish exam resit. Their task is to answer the question “what will your life look like in 20 years?”... but how do you answer when you don’t even know what next week will look like?

Or when you have to deal with overprotective mums and brothers involved in gang crime? Will fuckboys keep ghosting us for all eternity? What if life is just an AI-generated infinite loop? Or Jesus returns? Maybe the planet will burn up?

Soon the pupils are so caught up in each other that they barely hear the lockdown alarm blaring outside the classroom door...

Kris, kaos & katastrof is a sci-fi comedy for all of us who have ever felt that the world is about to explode. Written by rising-star playwright Amar Jašarević and directed by the acclaimed Farnaz Arbabi.
