Debaser Strand, Stockholm
Grave + Disarray + Imperishable
Out of the Grave - Back from the Dead! The original members of Grave take to the stage at Debaser Strand on 16 October to perform an old-school set featuring music from their first three classic albums!
Grave emerged from the Swedish death metal scene in the late 80s and, alongside Entombed, Dismember and Unleashed, are considered one of the genre’s “The Big Four”. They have released no fewer than eleven full-length albums over the years, with their groundbreaking first three standing above the rest: Into the grave in 1991, You’ll never see … in 1992 and Soulless in 1994. Grave fans were therefore delighted when the band reunited in 2024 with their original line-up – Ola Lindgren, Jörgen Sandström, Jensa Paulsson and Jonas Torndal – to bring the golden era of these three albums back to the live stage. Now it is finally Debaser Strand’s turn.
SUPPORT: Disarray + Imperishable
Punk’s sheer bloody-minded determination meets metal’s technical madness when Disarray take to the stage! Everyone who was at Debaser Selects in December can attest that this is one of Stockholm’s most exciting new thrash bands. With a brand-new EP in hand – the aggressive and uncompromising The Darkening, recorded at metal legend Devo Andersson’s studio – the band return to Debaser with a sound that speaks for itself.
Gothenburg band Imperishable combine classic influences with melody and deliver uncompromising quality. Following their debut Come, Sweet Death, they released their second album Swallowing the World in 2025. Musically, they stay within the genre, but lyrically they follow their own path. The band avoid religious and occult themes, focusing instead on real-life subjects such as addiction and death. Swallowing the World was released by Hammerheart Records and is suited to fans of classic death metal.
