IMMORTAL TECHNIQUE

One of political hip-hop’s most uncompromising and influential voices is coming to Sweden. In October, Immortal Technique will take to the stage in Gothenburg, Malmö and Stockholm for three exclusive concerts – alongside Poison Pen and DJ Static.

Born in Peru and raised in Harlem, Immortal Technique has built a strong international following since the early 2000s through his uncompromising independent hip-hop. With razor-sharp social criticism, politically charged lyrics and intense storytelling, he has become a cult figure on the underground scene – not least through albums such as Revolutionary Vol. 1, Revolutionary Vol. 2 and The 3rd World.

His political and social engagement has always gone hand in hand with his music, and on stage his message is delivered with the same energy and intensity.

Now Immortal Technique is coming to Sweden for three concerts in three days. Joining him are his long-standing sidekick Poison Pen and DJ Static.

All three concerts will also feature support from Viggo Nobis – a rising Swedish rapper who recently released his debut EP ‘Tennisplanen’. There will also be DJs and secret guests, who will be announced at a later date.
