Sophie Zelmani

Church tour with Sophie Zelmani Over the years, Sophie Zelmani has been consistent in her creative work in many ways.

Her music, distinctive voice and personal style are instantly recognisable.

She has also consistently performed with a full band, alongside the same musicians.

But when the idea of a church tour came about, it became clear that the church setting called for a different musical approach.

On this tour, Sophie will perform with her producer and guitarist Lars Halapi, just the two of them as a duo, working with the acoustics of each church.

This also calls for a set list of its own, featuring songs that may not have suited previous performances but work better here, or songs that need a new arrangement to work in a church setting.
