Clapton vs Springsteen

Clapton vs Springsteen The music of two living legends comes together at Nya Cirkus! This affectionate meeting of masters is one you won't want to miss – two concerts on the same stage, on the same evening, featuring the best of Eric Clapton's and The Boss's songbooks.

Micael Lilja's acclaimed Eric Clapton Tribute finally returns to Nya Cirkus – this time alongside Hans "Ludde" Ludvigsson & The Hungry Heart Band with their tribute to Bruce Springsteen.

Eric Clapton Tribute Micael Lilja formed Eric Clapton Tribute in 2019, and since then they have completed a couple of tours, visiting venues including Vara Konserthus, Örebro Konserthus, Cassels Konserthus, Nöjesteatern Malmö and Nya Cirkus Stockholm. "I recommend that anyone who wants to hear great Clapton music and the best songs should go and listen to this band" Janne Schaffer Ludde & The Hungry Heart Band It has been just over 20 years since Ludde and the band performed their first tribute concert dedicated to Bruce Springsteen.

The concert attracted attention on the other side of the Atlantic, and Ludde was the only overseas artist invited to play at The Stone Pony in 2005 as part of a Springsteen symposium.

In 2009, he brought the whole band over for a gig at The Stone Pony, and since then Ludde has been a regular performer on the stages of Asbury Park.

Expect a full evening with plenty of guitar, horns, vocal harmonies and, above all, a sheer joy in playing, warmth and a great love for what matters most: the audience!

We warmly welcome everyone to a full evening of music at Nya Cirkus in Stockholm.
