Standup på Winterviken – David Batra & Christer Svensson

Stand-up at Winterviken, and what an evening awaits! We are joined by none other than David Batra and Christer Svensson.

David Batra is one of Sweden’s best-loved and most accomplished comedians.

With over 30 years on the stand-up scene, sold-out tours and countless TV appearances, he has established himself as one of the country’s very finest comedians.

Audiences know him from classic hits such as Kvarteret Skatan and Morgonsoffan, as well as more recent popular productions such as Talang and Världens sämsta indier.

In 2020, David became the first Swedish comedian to release his own stand-up special on Netflix with the acclaimed show Elefanten i rummet.

Three years later, he was chosen as SVT’s Christmas Eve host, bringing warmth, humour and relatable moments into the homes of millions of Swedes.

David recently finished the acclaimed hit show Batra & Glans - 30 år tillsammans, which drew large audiences across the country and celebrated 30 years on the stand-up scene alongside Johan Glans.

On 19 September, David Batra is coming to Winterviken for an exclusive evening of stand-up filled with sharp humour, nostalgia and relatable moments, offering food for thought as well as laughter.

The evening opens with a support comedian before David takes to the stage.

On this occasion, it will be none other than Christer Svensson, who also won the Newcomer of the Year award at the Swedish stand-up gala in 2026.

Over the past year, Christer has been touring his own solo show and also wrote scripts for Melodifestivalen 2026.
