Stockholm Roots returns in 2027! After this year’s record-breaking attendance, it’s now confirmed that we’ll see you again next summer.

Over three days, Stockholm Roots brings together some of the leading names in americana, country, folk and rock at Hornstulls strand. Established international names meet new voices in a hand-picked festival programme of a high standard even by international measures.

Stockholm Roots is about more than the concerts. During the festival, the site fills with BBQ, Local Fair featuring vintage finds, crafts and other exhibitors, alongside quizzes, workshops and other activities – by the water in Hornstull in late summer. Together, it all makes Stockholm Roots one of the summer’s most atmospheric festivals.
