On 2 October, Kallsup release their second album, Alldeles för nära, before heading out on a club tour with several stops around the country.

Since their debut album En sista räddning was released in spring 2025, the ethereal Örebro band have toured extensively. With shows both in Sweden and abroad, the guitar-shredding Kallsup have earned their reputation as one of the country's most exciting live bands.

Don't be fooled by a sound that at times brings to mind the more introverted bands of the 90s – Kallsup's stage presence is almost the opposite. Led by Eline Gustafsson, Kallsup throw themselves into their performances, letting both voices and strings break. On their new album Alldeles för nära, Kallsup become increasingly assured and distinctive. The songs avoid detours and digressions, instead getting straight to the point with infectious melodies that invite the listener into the band's world. Lyrically, the band explore themes such as obsession, boundaries and friendship. With the new songs in their live repertoire, Kallsup's desperation will continue to hit home and captivate those who see them live this autumn.
