Amningskurs med BabyDuon

Are you expecting a baby and want to feel confident and prepared for the early days of breastfeeding?

Join us for an inspiring and relaxed evening at Najell with BabyDuon 💛 During the evening, you will gain knowledge, practical tips and useful tools to help you make a calm and confident start to breastfeeding and the early days with your baby. ✨ During the evening, we will cover: How to prepare for breastfeeding before the birth. The first breastfeed, skin-to-skin contact and your baby’s sucking technique. The first days after birth when your milk comes in. Different breastfeeding positions and how to ease the strain on your body with the right support.

We will also focus on Najell’s popular pregnancy pillow – a versatile pillow that provides support during pregnancy, helps ease the strain on your body while resting and sleeping, and then becomes a fantastic support for breastfeeding and feeding. During the evening, we will demonstrate how the pillow can be used in different breastfeeding positions to improve comfort and ergonomics for both you and your baby. The evening is held together with BabyDuon – two specialist-trained paediatric nurses with extensive experience in pregnancy, breastfeeding and parental support. Through their courses, treatments and advice, they help expectant and new parents feel confident and empowered in the early days with their baby. Read more at BabyDuon. You are very welcome to come on your own or bring your partner or a friend. (One ticket per person.) We will provide drinks and light refreshments during the evening.
