Sinnenas värld: Med smak av kimchi

Welcome to Östasiatiska museet on International Kimchi Day, 22 November. Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish that comes in many different varieties.

Together with Soon Bok Lee and Yeo Kim, who run Seol Kimchi, we will taste kimchi with different flavours depending on the fermentation time. During the day, we will learn the basics of making kimchi with thorough step-by-step guidance. The course leaders will also talk about Kimchi Day in Korea and the history of the dish.

Please bring: an apron, a 2-litre airtight container/jar, paper and a pen.

At the end of the day, all course participants will take home kimchi they have made themselves.
