Höstkonsert: Snabbt jagar stormen

Autumn concert with Ekens vokalensemble Welcome to an autumn concert with Ekens vokalensemble and conductor Elias Aaron Johansson.

In Snabbt jagar stormen, we encounter the forces of nature and the fragility of life – dark depths and vast seas, the fear but also the adventure of battling violent storms, and the calm when the storm has passed and the sky turns blue again. Through music, we explore the struggle for life, bargaining with death and the attempt to understand the incomprehensible – that our lives will one day end. There is also grief for those who perish at sea, are shipwrecked and never return from the sea’s immense breadth and depth.
