KAMELOT | DARK ASYLUM WORLD TOUR

Age restriction: 18 and over. Support: CYHRA.

International symphonic metal legends Kamelot, known for their rousing melodies, cinematic storytelling and electrifying live performances, are coming to Sweden in March 2027 as part of their Dark Asylum World Tour.

The tour centres on the band's latest album, Dark Asylum, released on 28 August 2026 via Napalm Records, their fourteenth studio album in a career spanning more than three decades.

Joining them as support are none other than Sweden's Cyhra.

With their melodic, progressive metal, American band Kamelot have carved out a place all their own in the vast world of heavy music since their first album was released in 1995.

For us Swedes, our metal hearts beat a little faster for this American band, as fellow Swede Tommy Karevik has been singing in Kamelot since 2012.

The album "Dark Asylum" is set in a shadowy world during the Victorian era and takes listeners inside the walls of RavenHill Asylum, a facility once built as a grand cathedral but now home to a place where science, faith and madness exist side by side in a fragile balance.

Amid candlelight, soaring vaults and cold stone corridors, the album depicts identity splintering and reality bending as its protagonist is forced through psychological darkness towards a transformation, and perhaps a sanctuary.

Always keen to let their musical worlds live on beyond the studio, Kamelot are now taking RavenHill Asylum on the road with the immersive Dark Asylum World Tour.

Cyhra, formed in 2016 by veterans including Jesper Strömblad (The Halo Effect/ex-In Flames) and vocalist Jake E.

(ex-Amaranthe), are releasing their latest album, "Requiem for a Pipe Dream", this year and have established themselves as one of the modern metal scene's most prominent bands through their acclaimed previous records.

Combining melodic metal with superb songs and brilliant musicians, Cyhra are a metal act that is hard to beat and should be experienced live.
