Canasta med Hin Håle 1 1/2

The dilapidated old house that was once Hotell Lymfnoden has been seized by Kronofogden, who have failed to sell it. It is now inhabited by Einar, who is objectum-sexual and was previously a guest at the hotel, and his girlfriend, the water tank Monika.

Leif, a bailiff inspector with a dark past and a keen interest in racquet sports, also finds it hard to tear himself away from the house. The truth is, he lives there most of the time.

The municipality has hired the psychiatrist Rainer and peer supporter Bubba to try to bring order to the psychosocial environment. In the midst of it all crawls Geggy, some kind of cross between a woman and a swamp creature, disturbing the peace of mind of everyone she meets. Is she a mirage? And who are the Siamese quintuplets who occasionally break into the story?

Canasta med Hin Håle 1 1/2 is the standalone continuation of part 1, which was a great success with us in 2023. The Canasta med Hin Håle project is about pushing the boundaries of theatre, acting and existence itself. It is grotesque, funny and terrifying, as if Lustiga Huset were haunted by demons.
