Minneskonsert för Cornelis Vreeswijk i Katarina kyrka

Welcome to an evening of Cornelis’s songs, new interpretations and shared memories. On Wednesday 11 November 2026, we gather at Katarina kyrka for this year’s memorial concert, where the evening’s artists and "Unga tolkar Cornelis" will perform his music.

The cemetery will be lit by torches." The non-profit association Cornelis Vreeswijksällskapet wants to make Cornelis’s songs and poems accessible to everyone.

Come, take part and experience a tradition dating back to 1988, the year after Cornelis passed away on 12 November 1987.
