Country artist Jay Smith is heading out on a solo tour with “The Songs You Know – The Stories You Don’t”, a concert that takes the audience on a musical and personal journey through his life. From the darkness of drug abuse, media scandals and the loss of his sister and father, to the light of meeting his wife and becoming a father himself.

Jay takes us through the years: from Idol, through wild rock’n’roll nights and success in Melodifestivalen, to becoming one of Sweden’s most booked live artists.

In an intimate, stripped-back show, Jay shares a life story that has never been told before, interspersed with the music we all know and love. “If I give you a selection of my experiences. Things that have happened to me, things I have made happen. Then perhaps you can answer the question: Who is Jay Smith?”

Starter: Open sandwich with goat’s cheese, roasted beetroot, deep-fried potato and honey (GL, L)

Main course: Boeuf bourguignon with button mushrooms, pickled pearl onions, smoked bacon and mashed potato (L) Dessert: Apple and lingonberry crumble with vanilla custard (GL, L, EGG)
