Lee Rocker

As one of the founding members of the Grammy-nominated band STRAY CATS, Lee Rocker has made a lasting impression with his distinctive double bass playing.

Stray Cats have sold over 10 million albums, earned 23 gold and platinum certifications and were among the pioneers when music videos took off on MTV. The band’s global megahits “Rock This Town”, “Stray Cat Strut” and “Sexy and Seventeen” have become an integral part of rock ’n’ roll – a status underlined by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’s inclusion of “Rock This Town” on its list of the 500 most important songs in rock history.

Beyond his career with Stray Cats, Lee Rocker has recorded and performed with legendary artists such as George Harrison, Ringo Starr, Willie Nelson, John Fogerty and Carl Perkins, and has also been named one of the world’s leading bassists by Bass Player Magazine.
