Some voices truly carry a place within them. Eivør’s voice is one of them – but it does not stop there. Drawing on the singing traditions of the Faroe Islands, she has built her own dark, physical and cinematic musical universe, where Nordic folk traditions, electronic textures, rhythmic weight and sweeping compositions meet.

In recent years, Eivør has become an international live performer with a loyal audience far beyond the Nordic countries. She has toured Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand, been awarded the Nordic Council Music Prize and reached new listeners through music for “The Last Kingdom” and “God of War”, among others. But it is on stage that her music truly takes shape – when the voice, the pulse, the darkness and the presence become something that feels both ancient and entirely contemporary.

Following the album “ENN”, the new single “Healer” marks the beginning of a new chapter. The song moves through a dark, atmospheric soundscape with distorted piano bass, cinematic strings and Eivør’s raw, expressive vocals at its centre – more direct and emotionally intimate, yet with the same depth and intensity that have always defined her music.
