En kulturhistorisk oas mitt ute i den vackra Sörmländska landsbygden!
Skottvångs Gruvas historia sträcker sig så långt tillbaka som till 1500-talet. Genom århundraden har järnmalm brutits på platsen, vilket la grunden till området. Under mitten av 1900-talet påbörjades en restaurering av gruvan och dess byggnader, som snart kunde öppna för besökare.
Här går det i dag att besöka ett gruvmuseum som skildrar livet i bygden och arbetet i gruvan. Möt gruvarbetarna som slet hårt i mörkret, hör berättelser från gruvan, beskåda den gamla tryckluftsborren och känn på järnmalmen som fick Skottvång att blomstra.
Besökare kan dessutom gå på konstrunda, vandra längs med Sörmlandsleden, kika in i hantverksboden och smedjan eller paddla kanot.
