Jul med Franska Trion

One of our absolute favourite traditions is back at Debaser! Jul med Franska Trion is exactly what it sounds like, and yet not at all. A handful of familiar Christmas songs sit alongside the band's own material, melancholy alongside humour, and darkness alongside playfulness.

Franska Trion was formed in Gothenburg and, with its distinctive blend of jazz, rock, blues and the Swedish folk song tradition, has become a band that cannot really be placed anywhere other than in a world of its own.

And this year, there is new music to take into the Christmas season too. In September, the band will release the album “Livet som maskin”, followed by a Christmas tour where the new material meets the annual tradition.
