Klingande historia – militärmusiken 500 år

This year marks 500 years of military music accompanying communities, soldiers and royalty in Sweden. We are celebrating with an evening at Armémuseum, bringing history to life through music.

Musicians from Arméns musikkår perform music from the long military music tradition, and you can hear military historian Per Iko and composer B Tommy Andersson in conversation about the significance of music, then and now. The discussion is moderated by Ann-Charlotte Hell from Musikaliska Akademien.
