Klubb DÖD: Crooked Mouth + Träet-Mund-Spilli

Klubb DÖD presents: ▲ CROOKED MOUTH - Crooked Mouth was founded by Ian Campbell in western Canada in 2012 and has since developed its own style of post-industrial folk music.

Their sound combines influences from the original neofolk wave with more obscure strands of 1960s and 70s acid folk, archaic folk groups, post-punk and the contemporary underground scene. The band has released seven full-length albums as well as several compilations and EPs, in collaboration with record labels such as House of Inkantation, Neuropa, Brave Mysteries Recording Company and I, Voidhanger. They now run their own record label, Ætheric Recordings. Since 2022, the band has been based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Through a hypnotic folk landscape delivered with raw emotional intensity, the aim is to offer an emancipatory channel through which music serves as an instrument for ritual and catharsis.
