Master Boot Record + Fulci + Arottenbit

The concert is organised by FKP Scorpio & Kollektivet Livet. Two of extreme music’s most distinctive acts come together this autumn as Master Boot Record and Fulci embark on a joint co-headline tour with support from Arottenbit.

Behind Master Boot Record is Italian producer Victor Love (Vittorio D’amore), who since 2016 has built a unique project where heavy metal meets synth-based electronics inspired by computer culture and retrofuturistic themes. With albums such as “Floppy Disk Overdrive”, “Personal Computer” and “Hardwarez”, the project has become one of the most talked-about names on the growing cyber-metal scene.

Fulci represent a very different – but equally uncompromising – side of the modern metal scene. The Italian death metal band take their name from cult director Lucio Fulci and build their aesthetic around classic splatter films. With brutal riffs, cinematic atmospheres and a clear love of the horror genre, Fulci have created a universe of their own where every album feels like the soundtrack to a blood-soaked cult film.

When Master Boot Record’s futuristic cyber-metal meets Fulci’s brutal, horror-influenced death metal, the result is an evening where two different worlds collide, bound together by maximum heaviness, dark aesthetics and uncompromising creativity. Together with support act Arottenbit, they offer a concert experience that moves from digital dystopia to pure horror metal.
