ccap – GAME ON

GAME ON

An impulse forgoes its advance in Cristina Caprioli’s new work for Stora scen.

An impulse forgoes its advance to devote itself instead to a strictly controlled inward movement whose inevitable outcome is a spreading turbulence that opens the space to a countercurrent unafraid of its time-consuming horizontal glide which at its outermost edge turns into a vibration that must become a phonetic standing wave whose downward-directed cacophony of the throat, in its lack of responsibility and reliability, secures a well-composed dance no longer dance much more and deeper into its dance. In this space. Now and not later.

Duration: approx. 60 min.

Before and after the performance, the “game” continues in Blackbox. More information this autumn.
