One of northern Europe’s most beautiful Baroque palaces!

Riddarhuspalatset, commonly known as Riddarhuset, was built in the 17th century, during Sweden’s era as a great power. Considered one of the most beautiful Baroque palaces in northern Europe, it was designed by the architects Simon de la Vallée, Heinrich Wilhelm, Joost Vingboons and Jean de la Vallée. Riddarhuspalatset is open to the public every weekday except public holidays. You can explore at your own pace or take a guided tour.
